Drop in and play during our Sunday Afternoon or Tuesday Night House Leagues! All skill levels welcome. Our Sunday afternoon league kicks off at 1:00pm and our Tuesday Night League starts at 7:00pm. Both leagues run until the end of March. See you on the courts!

SQUASH AND FITNESS
Ever wonder how many steps you take in a squash game? Or, how many calories you burn?
Squash is an anaerobic sport and the number of steps covered on a squash court does not accurately reflect the effort and energy required by this activity.
According to several online sources, playing squash for 40 minutes is equivalent to walking 6,000-8,000 steps! You can burn between 500 - 700 calories during a 40 minute match.
